The Family system aims to create small support groups and better integrate Pre-PAS members. Each member is placed in a Family with an officer as their "Big" who takes on the role of a mentor. Bigs become a go-to resource by providing advice on any topic, whether it's which professors to take, how to get patient care experience, or just life in general. In addition to guidance, this is a great way to make new friends and get to know your fellow members! 1 house point is awarded for every member a Mentor/family member is able to bring to ANY event (+0.5 for every additional member).
